Explorer Tours
Scotland is a land of history and romance, stunning scenery and magnificent castles. With the Explorer Pass you can experience Scotland’s heritage and follow in the footsteps of our most famous characters Robert the Bruce, Mary Queen of Scots, Bonnie Prince Charlie and William Wallace.
Edinburgh and the turbulent Borders. This tour includes Edinburgh Castle, the most imposing of all Scotland’s Castles, as well as castles in East Lothian, the romantic Border Abbeys and even a working Corn-Mill in Dumfries and Galloway.
Stirling, Glasgow & the West Coast. This tour gives you a perfect mix of historic castles (including the Royal Castle of Stirling), religious sites (Glasgow Cathedral) and industrial heritage (Bonawe Historic Iron Furnace).
Included are two islands - beautiful Bute (Rothesay Castle) and Iona, the world-famous icon of Christianity.

Castles & Abbeys of Central Scotland. Central Scotland was the scene of many battles because Stirling guarded the route to the north the Battle of Bannockburn and the Battle of Stirling Bridge both played their part in Scotland’s wars of independence.
