When you click on Book Online, you will be taken to the webstore.

Choose a ticket type & the quantity you require. You will be asked to complete your details, including an email address, so you can receive a booking confirmation.

Online booking is only available to those who accept our Terms & Conditions.

What are the delivery options if I buy tickets online?
You can choose from Print At Home Ticketing or Ticket Machine Pick Up. View FAQs on each of these delivery methods.

How do I know if my order has been successful?
At the end of your booking and once payment has been confirmed, your screen will display a booking confirmation. You will also receive an email confirmation. If you have chosen Print At Home Tickets, they will be attached to your email confirmation as downloadable PDFs. Print this and bring it with you on your visit.

If you have chosen Ticket Machine Pick Up, you will receive an email with a confirmation number. Print this and bring it with you on your visit as you will need the confirmation number when picking up from the ticket machines inside Edinburgh Castle.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept both debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, JCB, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron.

Is your webstore site secure?
Yes it is a fully secure site. When you reach the payment section of the site, you will enter a secure area (https://) and your personal information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) technology to process your credit/debit card transactions. To protect you against credit card fraud, you will be asked to enter the unique security code on the back of your card.

Please bring your credit card along with you on the day of your visit.
