What are the delivery options if I buy tickets online?
You can choose from Print At Home Ticketing or Ticket Machine Pick Up. View FAQs on each of these delivery methods.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
At the end of your booking and once payment has been confirmed, your screen will display a booking confirmation which is for reference only. You will receive an email confirmation separately. If you have chosen Print At Home Tickets, they will be attached to your email confirmation as downloadable PDFs. Please download and print your PDF(s) then bring them with you on your visit. They should contain barcodes.
If you have chosen Ticket Machine Pick Up, you will receive an email with a confirmation number. Print the email and bring it with you on your visit as you will need the confirmation number when picking up from the ticket machines inside Edinburgh Castle.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept both debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, JCB, Solo and Visa Electron.
Is your webstore site secure?
Yes it is a fully secure site. When you reach the payment section of the site, you will enter a secure area (https://) and your personal information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) technology to process your credit/debit card transactions. To protect you against credit card fraud, you will be asked to enter the unique security code on the back of your card.
Please bring your credit card along with you on the day of your visit.
